Carrier data pulled into one place and turned into risk indicators an operations team can act on.
The problem
Booking a carrier means checking authority, insurance, safety history and a handful of other signals across separate sources. Done by hand it is slow, and it gets skipped when the desk is busy.
The idea
Pull the sources into one check and turn them into a small set of indicators an operations team can read in seconds, with the underlying data one click away.
Indicators, not raw data
Authority, insurance, safety rating and out-of-service rates reduced to a status each.
Flags first
Anything that should stop a booking sits at the top, with the reason spelled out.
History
Every check is stored, so a carrier's record builds up over time.
The build
Node.js services aggregate public carrier data and internal notes into a single record. A React interface renders the indicators, the flags and a verdict, and SQL keeps the history so repeat checks are instant.
- React app
- Node.js aggregation service
- External carrier data
- SQL history
The result
A carrier check is one screen. The risky items are flagged first, and past checks stay on file.
